Return Policy
REFUND POLICY
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in order. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return within 7 days. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Neptonic Systems is not responsible for mis-handling of products or ill-treatment of goods.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise
- Returned items that qualified for free shipping, the shipping will not be refunded
- No Refunds on Custom Bands or any other custom built/ordered items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will issue an exchange for the price of any item you return within 15 days. We will happily refund shipping costs if the exchange is a result of a wetsuit, booties, fins, gloves etc not fitting correctly and a different size is needed. NO EXCHANGES on custom shafts or custom bands.
- All items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Neptonic Systems is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- All Items must be in new unused condition.
REFUNDS/CREDITS
Please allow 7 business days to process refunds and exchanges. Please include a detailed note with your name and contact information, if you want a refund or exchange, the reason for your exchange. Once we process your request. please allow 3-5 business day for the refund to appear in your account
