When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in order. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return within 7 days. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. NO REFUNDS on custom shafts.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Neptonic Systems is not responsible for mis-handling of products or ill-treatment of goods.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise
We will issue an exchange for the price of any item you return within 15 days. We will happily refund shipping costs if the exchange is a result of a wetsuit, booties, fins, gloves etc not fitting correctly and a different size is needed. NO EXCHANGES on custom shafts.
