Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • We offer shipping to the United States using standard shipping rates provided by our carriers. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates:

  • The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you during checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to over 80 countries and territories with FedEx International.
